1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
- The product must have been purchased directly from ZiaCode
- Only first-time purchases are eligible (no refunds on renewals)
2. Valid Reasons for Refunds
We will issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Technical Issues: The plugin has critical bugs that prevent core functionality and we cannot fix them within a reasonable timeframe
- Incompatibility: The plugin is incompatible with your WordPress setup despite meeting stated requirements
- Misrepresentation: The plugin does not work as described in our documentation
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same license twice
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive your license key or download link
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the plugin
- Lack of features that were not advertised

- License violations or unauthorized distribution

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Approval Time: Within 2-3 business days of request
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days through Stripe
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 days depending on your bank

6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds:
- Extended use beyond trial period (pro-rated refund)
- Bundle purchases where only one product is refunded
- Upgrade/downgrade adjustments
7. License Deactivation
Upon refund approval:
- Your license will be immediately deactivated
- You must remove the plugin from all websites
- Support and updates will be terminated
- Continued use after refund may result in legal action
8. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you purchased the wrong product:
- Request a refund for the incorrect purchase
- Purchase the correct product separately
- Contact support for assistance with the transition
9. Subscription Renewals
For annual license renewals:
- Refunds are only available within 14 days of renewal
- No refunds for renewals after 14 days
- Cancel auto-renewal anytime to prevent future charges
10. Chargebacks and Disputes
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks result in:
- Immediate license termination
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Additional fees and legal action if necessary
