Your customers see your business
The people who book with you are your customers, not ZiaCode’s. Your website, online booking, payment links and reminders carry your business’s name, and the pages they lead to are on your own domain. Your staff sign in at app.ziacode.com from any browser. ZiaCode Direct is for running your own business and cannot be resold: to sell the software to other businesses, see the partner program.

How billing works
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You enter a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged during the trial.
- When the trial ends, your card is charged for your first month, then automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars, plus sales tax where it applies.
- You can cancel at any time in the app, or by emailing us. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. After you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again. The unused part of a period is not refunded.
- If we charge you by mistake, such as twice for one invoice, for the wrong amount, or after you cancelled, we refund the charge in full. See our refund and cancellation policy.
