How it works
Step 1
Tell us what you need
Email us. We ask questions until we understand the problem you want solved.
Step 2
Get a written quote
The quote states the work, the price (a fixed price or an hourly estimate) and the payment schedule, such as a deposit and payments at milestones. Nothing is billed until you accept it.
Step 3
We build it
You see progress as we go, and approve each milestone before it is billed.
Step 4
Pay online
Each invoice comes by email with a secure payment link. Pay by card or by bank transfer (ACH) from your business account.
Invoices and payment
- Invoices are in US dollars and due on the date shown on each invoice.
- Pay by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer (ACH debit) from a US business bank account.
- Card and bank details are entered on a secure payment form; ZiaCode never sees or stores your full card or account number.
- Refunds on contract work follow the quote you accepted. See our refund and cancellation policy.
